Inspired by a chance meeting in Rockhampton with a Rosella Flower farmer who asked if we could brew with it, as he made jam and relishes with the flowers.A citrus, fruity beer infused with the native rosella flower, which gives a slightly sharp sour note, celebrating the pairing of bush tucker plants with regionally brewed beer.
