For our third member only bottle, we took Blackberry, Black Currant and Black Raspberry sourced from the PNW and paired it with meadowfoam honey during primary fermentation. To further accentuate this base liquid, we opted for Gin-Ex Zinfandel barrels.Tasting notes are dominated by juicy ripe blackberry that is compounded by the red wine presence imparted by the barrel. Balanced, bold, assertive.
