Brewed for the Rare Beer Challenge 2022.A classic Belgian-style Witbier, brewed with Szechuan peppercorns instead of the traditional coriander seed and citrus fruit additions. The Szechuan provides citrus fruit notes and complex spice characters, with a hint of mouth-numbing tingle to keep things interesting.
