Crafted from a blend of Niagara Vidal, Cabernet, Merlot, and Somerset Orchards Golden Russet apple. It's made in the cuvée close (or charmat) method. It is a collaboration with winemaker Steve Byfield's Nyarai Cellars. Tasting notes of grandma's strawberry trifle, mandarin orange and cranberry. Finishes with a gentle tannin that keeps you wanting more.
