Labradors are like fermenters, every brewery has at least one. This summer we lost one of ours. Mila, born in Colorado and raised in Chicago, ran with us since the early days. This Newfoundland style black ale was brewed in her honor. Mashed with a mixture of lightly kilned and roasted malts, hopped with a symphony of our favorite German and American varieties, this little chunker billows with companionship and everlasting love.
