Brewed with brettanomyces & lactabillcilus along with generous portions of oats & rye, Solberry Sour was then conditioned with proprietary Solberries from Northland’s Maungatapere Berries. From its huge, tropical raspberry nose to its delicate citric & lactic sourness, the beer is clean & refreshing. Will age well, but equally drinkable now.
