Silky. Juicy. Tart. Refreshing. All are words that can describe a lassi, and all of which were taken into consideration when our brewers thought up this New England IPA. The complex, yet beautifully refreshing taste can be attributed to the fresh mango, ginger or the Citra, Azacca and Mosaic hops, all of which were measured with precision to create the ideal summer hazy. Midnight Mango was then finished off with cardamom to make it the perfect Mango Lassi Milkshake IPA.
