Apolinar is a classic strong scotch ale. Body reddish, a bit on the amber side.A fairly large amount of alcohol is masked by selected hops mix and a sweet body.Designed to stand alongside local Croatian red wines at the dinner table.Ideally served with a bit of green olives, pickled red pepper and potent cheese.Suggested serving 2dl, in a wide mouth wine glass. Served chilled.
