West Coast Pilsner with Citra®, Simcoe®, and Mosaic®Can Release 11/18/23 - $17/4-packNew style alert: West Coast Pilsner! It starts with German Pilsner malt, 40 IBUs of Adeena hops, and our favorite German lager strain. If we left it there, it would be a pretty classic German Pilsner... but late in fermentation we dry hopped it like a West Coast IPA with 3 lbs/bbl of our favorite varieties! The result is an unobstructed expression of the hops, with a snappy finish that leaves your palate clean and ready for another sip!
