It's a "7 day beer" in that it was made over the course of seven days. Which is not very long for a beer. Normally beer takes... longer.But this is an exbeeriment. Dean and Ashley (from Heyday) threw this one together as a test of the fearsome power of the kveik yeast. They toiled throughout the week, dry-hopping it with Motueka and Wai-Iti hops to give it an easy-drinking lime and stonefruit taste, and then on the seventh day they kegged it. And then they rested.That was a Tuesday. And that is why, in remembrance of this occasion, we do not work on Tuesdays. It is our special day.We might go to work, but on Tuesdays we do not actually work. Instead we sit and stare out the window, off into the middle distance, dreaming of easy-drinking mid-percentage beers.
