Usagimichi / Fruited Wheat w/ Passion Fruit & Guava / 5.0% / 11 IBUウサギミチは、友人であるTwo Rabbitsとのコラボレーション・ビールです。ピルスナーモルトとフレーク小麦をベースに、パッションフルーツとグアバをたっぷり加えた。仕上げにKohia Nelsonホップを加え、トロピカルな酸味がはじけるビールに仕上げた。Usagimichi is a collaboration beer made with our friends at Two Rabbits. Pilsner malt and flaked wheat form the base of this beer, to which we added a generous helping of passion fruit and guava. A touch of Kohia Nelson hops finish things off for a beer that is bursting with tropical tartness.
