Classic grapefruit and resin draped over a robust, crackery malt canvas. Cold-fermented for that undebatable crispiness. Dry, clean finish with a hint of dankness. Like a West Coast IPA, but classier. Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade and Columbus hops.
