All Aussie Adventure

Описание

A proper DIPA with all Australian malts and hops. Hop Products Australia have absolutely been killing it on the world stage and we’re lucky enough to have first access to the freshest forms of each seasons crops. Heavy handed use of Galaxy and Eclipse are the stars of the show with notes of passionfruit, stonefruit and citrus (particularly mandarines). A big hit of bitterness up front that lingers softly in the background after each sip that is balanced out by some sweet Voyager Craft Malts. We named it All Aussie Adventures because it’s all Australian and it’s an adventure, just like the eternal Russel Coight.
