Cider made with Baldwin apples blended with strawberry wine. Hand picked organic strawberries at Goranson Farm in Dresden, Maine are pressed and puréed into a strawberry wine. We then took the leftover strawberry must and aged a cider on the pulp. After fermenting for almost two months, those concoctions were blended together.
