Into the Labyrinth: Route 6

We created the Into the Labyrinth series to have fun with hops and explore what we can do with them. For this installment we wanted to mesh different styles of IPAs by pairing Amarillo and Simcoe with a new grain bill, resulting in notes of pine, tangerine citrus and pineapple.
