The first All Motueka Experimental recipe makes its debut for NZ Hop Week. We started with our classic, All Motueka Everything recipe and then hit it with a big dose of Phantasm. Derived from NZ Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, Phantasm brings a big thiol character to the beer which is a key player amongst the compounds that drive the massive, tropical flavors we love from New Zealand hops.
