Organic Harvest Saison 2020 (White Wine Barrel Aged)

Organic Harvest Saison is a beer we have produced annually since we began LEP. Brewed in September 2020 & partof the batch aged in a single fresh white wine and red wine barrel. We then added our own fresh-off-the-bine organic First Gold hops to the white wine barrel and Bramling Cross hops to the red wine barrel which were picked during harvest and put directly in the barrel. Once these hops are added, the beer was left to age another 6 months until bottling in March 2021. The different barrels along with the differing hops compliment more tropical flavours in the white barrel and deeper fruit and berry flavours in the red.
