4749 Anniversary Ale

Created to commemorate our 13th Anniversary, 4749 is a thoughtful blend of Imperial Milk Stouts and Porters brewed with a large dose of maple syrup. These beers were pulled from a blend of Blanton’s, Weller, Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, Heaven Hill and Wild Turkey Russel’s Reserve bourbon barrels. We then conditioned the blend on cacao nibs from both Haiti and Ghana, along with our highest dosing of both raw and toasted coconut. It pours midnight black with a coffee tan head. This blend has intense aromatics of mounds bars, cinnamon vanilla and bourbon. Fresh husked coconut and crispy brownie edges dominate the flavor. Enjoy now or in the future.
