Описание

Neither beer, nor soda. Brewed in collaboration with our friends' neo-bistro called 'meal from head to tail'. Based on an authentic ginger bug which is a symbiotic microbiological culture originating in chopped ginger, lemon, sugar and water.Inspired by ginger bug, fermented by meal, brewed by Symbiotica.
