West Coast IPA Is Dead is a modern West Coast IPA collaboration dreamed up by our pallys™ at Green Cheek and made alongside some of our favorite breweries: Alvarado St, Breakside, Cellarmaker, Cloudburst, Cloudwater, North Park and Pinthouse. This year’s recipe utilized Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Citra Dynaboost, Citra Hyperboost, along with some Mosaic for good measure. Tasting notes: zesty citrus, fresh mango, and white gummy bears.
