Winter season is here and here is this year's Christmas IPA. It's been dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Talus and mandarin puree.As a tribute to the citrus fruit during Christmas time, we have used Talus and mandarin to give lovely notes of mandarin and clementine in combination with white grapes from Nelson Sauvin.
