Most of this American amber lager went into a bourbon barrel inside of our cooler for some extended lagering. This is the unaged bit that didn’t fit. Was going to drink this all myself (malty lagers are my jam) but I guess I’ll share. This keg has been cold-conditioning for two months and is delightfully biscuity, toasty, and nummers.
