So interesting that the beer rating website ratebeer.com named them the best new Danish brewery in 2020. Slowburn not only brews surprisingly well-composed beers - considering their short history - in many different styles, but they also insist on idealism as an integrated part of their ideology. They insist on being strictly independent, as well as being a worker owned co-op with partners and founders Amalie and Stefano doing everything from recipe development to sales by themselves.
