Released Sept 2023Our beloved Imperial Stout, Modem Tones, has just emerged from a 3-year slumber in Juicy Cognac barrels and is ready to read some leather-bound tales in front of a fireplace.This barrel started its life housing Cognac, then was used to finish aged Bourbon, before coming to us for Modem Tones to absorb all those expressive qualities. Reduced caramel and toffee notes blend harmoniously with rich, yet subdued dark fruit notes from the Cognac. A pleasant treat to enjoy with friends while pondering the complexities of life and true happiness.
