Cream AleCan Release 9/30 - $16/4-packBrewed with local 2- and 6-row barley and corn malted by Murphy & Rude (Charlottesville, VA). Bloody Butcher corn adds a rich toasted grain note that you don't get from standard corn. A restrained dose of Crystal hops in the whirlpool, and an American Ale strain selected for cold-tolerance by our friends at Jasper Yeast (Sterling, VA) provide a crisp, clean flavor. Named for Ken's locally-raised daughter, Genevieve.
