Brut Lee returns! We make this Brut IPA by taking a standard IPA recipe but add enzyme to fully ferment the beer so that there is almost no residual sugar left.We dry hopped this IPA with fresh crop Australian Galaxy, HBC-630 and Chinook for notes of peach, banana and grapefruit peel.
