This honey and hibiscus-infused ale is the second of two beers brewed specifically for the inaugural Arts and Drafts Festival, alongside our friends at the Baltimore County Arts Guild. The BCAG even gave us a hand on the brew day for this one, helping to add the locally-sourced honey from our pals at Apex Apiary and the dried hibiscus, both of which were added on the hot side of the brewing process. The resulting beer is a beautiful reddish-purple with a light pink foam and features wine-like aromas and just a touch of honey sweetness on the sip. The perfect accompaniment to local music and art!
