Oranges undressed, zested, peeled, and juiced. Mandarina Bavaria hops added hot into the beer provides a tangerine fling that pairs perfectly with the oranges--a true power couple. During whirlpool, a touch of honey was added, accented intensely by steeping lavender. Conditioning on vanilla beans takes the relationship into new territory. But all good things must come to end and a lingering bitterness in the finish is there to remind us of what once was sweet.
