The addition of Fraser valley raspberries to our house mixed-fermentation sour makes for a beer bursting with fresh berry flavour in a way inly attainable through re-fermentation on top of whole, intact fruit. This naturally-carbonated bottle is all about over the top fruit character enhanced by a complex fermentation profile.
