Clean west coast yeast and the freshest, brightest hops money can buy. Decent mouthfeel but a clean, dry and moderately bitter finish mean this is a beer that leans to the West Coast (but is no way in true to the style) in terms of huge drinkability. Loads of citrus and stone fruit. We'll be consuming a lot of this at our local.
