Wiener Lager with American hop aroma. Wiener malt is a malt with a more savoury flavour than ordinary malt due to being dried at a higher temperature. It is used to make the Austrian-born, reddish-bronze Wiener Lager. It has a slightly reddish-bronze to brown appearance. It has a slightly green, fresh aroma with the savouriness of dark malts. The aftertaste is clean and calm, probably thanks to the lager yeast.This kind of nuance is not possible with ale.
