Picture Perfect

Описание

So as anyone who has followed the brewery long enough will now know, we absolutely love melding techniques and making callbacks to our favourite beers of yesteryear. Picture Perfect is a big celebration of where we’ve come from and where we’re going as a brewery. Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe are a trio of hop varietals that have acted as the lifeline of Polly’s for the last three years, being employed in various pairings throughout our time as an active brewery, and seeing us from those halcyon Loka Polly Originals days all the way up to the present day. Why not utilize these three beers in a pyramid dry-hop technique then? Oh sure, why not! Accentuating the incredible flavour characteristics of each individual hop varietal, this is a beer that is 100% Polly’s.
