Fandango IPA. Juicy. Not so hazy. A hybrid between west coast and New England styles. Let's call it a Midwest IPA?Lots of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Plenty of oats. West coast yeast. Fandango will give you the hop kick you are looking for without an overwhelming bitterness. A crisp and malty backbone makes this a well balanced IPA.
