Cake Dealer - Passionfruit & Mango

We teamed up with Yum Cakes Cookie Crew for a second time in the summer of '22. A base beer brewed with pilsner and Vienna malt, alongside Irish oats and the left over cake waste from their amazing bakery in Derry City, was co-fermented with ale yeast and lactobacillus. Before conditioning we blended in mango and passionfruit puree to create a mouth watering tropical fruit punch of a sour beer to bring a bit of sunshine to the winter months.
