Cheater Hops #9: Simcoe

Описание

Simcoe is one of our favorite hop varieties. It has tropical notes (mango especially) along with pine. We wanted to showcase it alone, with both pellets and Cryo hops. Despite being 6.5% ABV we used our typical DIPA hopping rate (all told more than 6.5 lbs/bbl)! Despite that it is soft, juicy, and eminently drinkable!
