After two years' hiatus, Cheese, our Mosaic ‘n’ Strata-rrific NEIPA, is back for its third iteration. Leaning into the citrus end of the fruit spectrum this time, Cheese is bursting with grapefruit, lime zest and a li'l touch of mango & apricot. It’s delicious and a little bit silly, as all Pressure Drop beers should be.
