We made a huge, malty barleywine brewed with honey and dark candy sugar and put most of it in a bourbon barrel where it will rest for AT LEAST a year and become FullTimeMonocle. There was a little bit that didn't fit in the barrel that we kegged up and are releasing in its un-aged, infant form.
