The apples for this cider were picked by our Chain Yard team from a newly restored orchard full of old, wild varieties. The ferment was arrested to leave a touch of residual sugar. The cider was then aged on NewYork Muscat grape and wild apples skins, the result is a unique and easy drinking, wine forward cider.
