This bright hazy goodness is a collaboration with the Simons Foundation, a science non-profit who is supporting efforts all along the path, partnering with museums, cultural centers, main streets, festivals, craft breweries and much more. It is an easy drinker that is packed with Eclipse hops. There are bold flavors of orange peel, tangerine, and tropical citrus. It smells and tastes as if you took a bite of a full orange. As bright. As the sun... before it's hidden behind the moon's shadow.
