Brewed as a French Biere de Garde, this beer has some stylistic overlap with the German Heller Bock style. Malt focused, well carbonated, and and aged to near crystal clarity without filtration. Aroma features notes of honey, rich malt, spicy floral hops, and a suggestion of oak barrel provides a delightfully smooth finish.
