Pouring a deep, ebony hue with a rain chestnut head, Cordial Cherry emits aromas of melted chocolate, glaze cherries, and vanilla creme patissiere. Hundreds of pounds of chocolate and sweet cherries are used in brewing and conditioning along with mounds of toasted almonds and Tahitian vanilla, emulating Queen Anne chocolate covered cherries, Danish pastries, and chocolate chip cookies replete with a decadent, chewy mouthfeel.
