Описание
A black IPA made in the cold IPA style. Warm fermented lager yeast, 25% adjunct (rice) and a hefty dry hop of simcoe and mosaic. We used Thai black rice and a little eclipse wheat for colour. Low bitterness with hefty whirlpool and dry hop charges of Mosaic and Simcoe.
