Honey Wand

Whenever we have the chance we try to venture into producing other styles of beer that we love to drink. Starting today we are debuting our first Belgian-Style Blonde Ale called “Honey Wand.” This 5.8% ABV beer was brewed in collaboration with our buddy Jeff from Superstition Meadery of Prescott, AZ and contains a hefty amount of Arizona honey that was added both in the boil and during fermentation. The ending result is a crisp sessionable beer that begins with notes of red apple, pear, plum and finishes with lingering flavors of honey.
