Banana is a common and sought after flavour in some beer, especially in Belgian beers. In this (b)anarchy of a beer you find malt with notes of caramel and toffee beautifully accompanied by naturally occurring banana esters from a Belgian yeast strain. On top of that hops named after a slavic spring and fertility god complementing the banana with hints of pear, orange and of course, more banana.
