Based on archeological findings in Rennweg 9 in Zürich, the perhaps first Zurich beer was reconstructed, dating back to the first century BC.Instead of hops, pine needles, wild rosemary, juniper and camomile were used.Refreshing, sour and still full-bodied, surprisingly good!
