About a year ago, I was lucky enough to receive a Blanton's Private Barrel. The whiskey is great! Prairie was kind enough to brew a beef'd up stout base and put it in the barrel. 11 Months later, the beer is ready and fantastic.Prairie Noir aged in a single Blanton's whiskey barrel.
