This brand new semi-dry cider is made almost entirely from organic Gala apples grown by Steve Chinchiolo in San Joaquin County with a few Granny Smith added for acid balance. This cider's fermentation was halted prior to completion resulting in an extremely refreshing fruit-forward cider bursting with fresh gala apple flavor and a lower ABV for easy session-ability.
