A blend of heritage cider apples grown on our farm. Fermented with specially selected white wine yeast. Racked before dryness, and matured 12 months on native Arizona oak. This second anniversary cider celebrates local fruit, regional apple growing history, and traditional cidermaking principles.Full bodied, tannic, distinctive oak character.
