The first beer in our experimental Series, this New England style pale ale was brewed with large amounts of oats and wheat for a smooth, soft body and then double dry hopped with Citra and Ekuanot, bringing an explosion of tropical fruit flavours which are complemented by the addition of fresh orange and pineapple in the fermenter to produce big hitting, juicy beer at a pretty sensible abv!
