Mélange is a mixed-fermentation sour ale starring our house culture, dried apricots soaked in Pommeau (produced by Peckham's Cider) and fresh Central Otago Moorpark apricots. Brewed especially for Wellington's inaugural Funk on the Water Festival.[Pommeau is an apple brandy/cider blend common to north-western France and often served as an apéritif].
